She served as Chair of the USRowing Master’s Committee for several years and as USRowing's Director of Marketing and Member Services. She is an original member of Potomac River Safety Committee and started Potomac BC women’s Masters Sweep program in 1992. She has served as regatta organizer, and repeatedly as dockmaster, and has logged thousands of miles pulling a boat trailer. She is now Co-Chair of the USRowing Safety Committee and serves on the USRowing Masters Committee. Margot worked to create National Learn to Row Day with Concept 2 and created the RowingMasters listserve. On the water, she has medaled at Head of the Charles Regatta, Head of the Schuylkill Regatta, World Masters Games and USRowing Masters Nationals. Margot has worked as marketing director and graphic designer on national advertizing campaigns at NY ad agencies.  Mark Wilson Mark Wilson began his rowing career as a walk-on at the University of Wisconsin and eventually graduated from Northeastern University as a member of the 1991 IRA Varsity 8 Championship crew. He has coached at the University of Massachusetts and Indiana University. He is a National Collegiate Champion, National Elite Champion, and also the founder of the Indiana University Varsity Program. He has been actively involved in rowing for over 20 years and continues to race his single at various sprint and head races throughout the country. Mark has recently become the Director of Rowing Development at Oak Ridge Rowing Association and is looking forward to bringing his passion for rowing programs to the East Tennessee community and help the club realize its vision to become one of the finest rowing venues in the country.
