As young people build their self-confidence and self-esteem, we help them open doors to a wider world. 

Through improved fitness, nutrition and wellness education, we help these young athletes get stronger in mind and body. 

As they expand their life skills and strengthen their academic accomplishments, we help them take their lives in new directions.

With sports and youth and expanding horizons, it’s never just about the sport.  The sport is the “hook” – and rowing, we know, can be powerful hook. Once the teenager is engaged, our most important work begins. 

When a young person meets a coach from across the world, doors open up. When they learn about a college crew and the potential seat – and scholarship – waiting for them, even more possibilities open.
