The clinic reviews the foundations of coxing from the perspective of a seasoned coxswain, Laura Simon. The workshops cover; safety in the boathouse and on the water, boat handling skills, hazards (seen and unseen) , docking and launching, steering, basic boat maneuvering commands, emergency and rescue procedures, traffic patterns, weather, water etiquette, CoxBox© use, as well as lots of information for the more experienced coxswain.
